Who we are

Skillyard (www.learnskillyard.com) is an online course about using Claude. Skillyard is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, and Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Questions: support@learnskillyard.com.

Your account

You sign in with an email code. You are responsible for your account, so do not share it. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian create and supervise the account.

Payment and access

No refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires them. The free preview lets you try the course first. If something is broken, email us and we will fix it. If a payment is refunded in full or disputed with your bank, your access stops.

AI feedback

Feedback and answers come from an AI model and can be wrong. Check anything important against official sources, and do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions. AI features have a fair-use allowance for each period of access (roughly ten times what a typical learner uses). The lessons stay open for the whole period even if the allowance runs out.

Acceptable use

Do not share your account, attack or overload the service, use the AI features to build your own chatbot, or produce harmful or illegal content. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

Your work and our content

You keep ownership of what you write, and you let us process it to grade it and answer your questions. The course content belongs to SkillYard. Do not copy or resell it.

Ending and changes

You can delete your account at any time on the Account page, which ends your access without a refund. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may update the course and these terms, and we will tell you about important changes by email. If we ever close the course, we will email you at least 60 days before and let you download your data.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
